Speed Modeling

Ok so this morning im bored, wanted to model something so I set myself a small task.

1-2hours to model something around me, so I look around and see my MP3 player.

Here it is anyway, will be skinning on the screen etc later on. Oh yeah the wire is small, but what you expect for an hour or 2 lol.

Mosquito Final Model (ish)

Ok heres the near enough final model of it, all I have left to do is the landing gear and finish up some errors which you can see in the pics.

Not too bad, I think weapons and people are more my thing for modeling though :P





Will update with final skinned model whenever I get my hands on a graphics tablet. Next up my human model project.

Mosquito Is Coming

No..not the insect, but the WW2 plane. Below is a very early show of what i've done so far, i've only had 2 days or so to work on it due to real life (Spending time with the other half, awwww)

Anyway the image, and then a list of things to do.



The to do list

. Finish wings
. Add flaps
. Add MG's
. Finish engine's
. Add landing gear
. Model inside
. Skin the bugger

More updates to come, I'll be working on this until Thursday as its my G/fs dads wedding lol so I won't be around.

Enfield Skin Base

Well here it is, an updated shot then the on in Sres blog. I have some more to do on the metal and wood but its the base anyway so its a good start. Im happy with this alot, its my 1st ever go at skinning a weapon and without a graphics tablet! (Which I need bad)



I might add more onto it once I have a graphics tablet sorted.

Oh and a mess around display image :

Future Projects

Just writing out a list of future models im planning on doing, ignore this if you want. Just need somewhere to remind me of things I need to do.

. Finish Enfield model
. Start over on Spartan model
. Work on BF:A weapon set
. Draw out Cloud ref images and model him
. Draw out Ippo ref images and model him
. Do other WW2 weapons I can think of

Thats all for now me thinks, seems like alot of work .

Enfield UV Progress/Examples Of Work

If people from the WWiiol background are coming to see this, they know this model well by now lol. Just thought i'd post the UV progress and show im still working on it. For people that don't know much on modeling, the cleaner and smoother the look of the squares the better the skin will look once placed on.













Plus some more examples of my work.

Well after Sres told me to make a Blog, I did. I'll be posting work I do in terms of 3D work etc and also be posting on this and that.

Just need to think of what to post now.
